Susan is well-known for her custom desserts and unique appetizers.  She also provides daily lunch specials for dine-in or carry-out. “Fast food - with a flare” is what she likes to call it. 

When she was working full-time at a “normal” job, she was always looking for a place that provided good home-cooked meals, the way that she would cook if she had the time.  Since she was already catering on the side, she decided that there was enough of a call for her idea, that she started looking for a place where she could do just that. 

Some years later, she found her location, quit her “normal” position and opened Provisions Gourmet Catering & Pastries.  She now provides the daily specials as well as catering for various events such as weddings, business luncheons, tea parties, and book clubs just to name a few.
